1. Services & Eligibility

By booking services with Moonlit Anchor LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Clients must be 18 years of age or older unless written parental or legal guardian consent is provided.

Moonlit Anchor LLC offers individual conversations, couples conversations, and ceremony services, including weddings and officiant services, to support reflection, communication, personal insight, and meaningful life transitions.

These services are supportive in nature and are not medical, clinical, mental health, psychiatric, legal, or financial services.

2. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Certain ceremony services may require a booking retainer and follow the payment schedule outlined in the signed Ceremony Services Agreement.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable.

• If Moonlit Anchor LLC cancels a service, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at a mutually agreed-upon time.

3. Crisis Support, Personal Responsibility & Liability

Moonlit Anchor LLC is not a crisis or emergency service and does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact one of the following resources:

By participating in services provided by Moonlit Anchor LLC, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being. Moonlit Anchor LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for decisions or actions taken based on services provided.

4. Confidentiality & Legal

Information shared during services will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Moonlit Anchor LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client's needs fall outside the scope of support offered.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
