1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in a session with Moonlit Anchor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of Services
Moonlit Anchor provides individual guidance sessions, couples conversations, and ceremony services designed to offer space for reflection, communication, personal insight, and meaningful life transitions.
Sessions are conducted by phone or video and typically last 15–45 minutes.
Ceremony services may include wedding and hand-fasting ceremonies, planning conversations, and officiant services.
These services are supportive in nature and are not medical, clinical, mental health, legal, or financial services.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate in services unless otherwise agreed to in writing by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
If Moonlit Anchor Cancels
If a session must be canceled by Moonlit Anchor, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled session at a mutually agreed time.
5. Not Therapy or Mental Health Treatment
Moonlit Anchor does not provide therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.
Moonlit Anchor and its representatives are not licensed therapists, psychologists, healthcare providers, or medical professionals and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Services are intended for emotional support and personal conversation only.
6. No Crisis Services
Services are not appropriate for crisis situations or mental health emergencies, including:
- Suicidal thoughts
- Self-harm risk
- Severe emotional distress
- Psychiatric emergencies
If you are experiencing a crisis, contact emergency services, a licensed mental health provider, or a crisis hotline immediately.
7. Personal Responsibility
By participating in sessions, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.
- Any perspectives or suggestions shared are offered for general support purposes only.
- You are free to accept or reject any guidance discussed during sessions.
8. No Guarantees
Moonlit Anchor does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, personal, or life outcomes from participation in sessions.
9. Ceremony Services
Moonlit Anchor may provide wedding, hand-fasting, and other ceremony services as requested.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any required marriage license and complying with applicable legal requirements.
Marriage license completion and submission procedures will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the issuing jurisdiction.
Ceremony dates, times, locations, fees, and travel arrangements must be agreed upon in advance.
10.Assumption of Risk
Discussions involving personal topics may result in emotional discomfort or strong emotional responses
By participating, you voluntarily accept any risks associated with these conversations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlit Anchor is not liable for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, or outcomes arising from participation in sessions or reliance on information discussed during sessions.
12. Confidentiality
Moonlit Anchor respects your privacy and will keep shared information confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others.
Please note that electronic communications and online platforms cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
13. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Moonlit Anchor may refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client’s needs fall outside the scope of support offered.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
